- East Region: East Kalimantan, North, South, Sulawesi, East Java, Bali, Lombok, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, Papua.
- West Region: Sumatra, West & Central Kalimantan, Banten, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java.
